Accompanying person

This registration status is also designed for persons who will not be attending the presentations, lectures, workshops, but who want to attend any or all social events (coffee break, etc.) included in the registration fees. 

Accommodation

Information on accommodation is available on the conference website.

Books of Abstracts

The abstracts of all submissions will be available on the conference website. In addition, a printed abstract booklet will be available. This should be ordered in advance using the registration form. The price of the booklet will be 5€.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation terms are as follows:
  1. Cancellation by August 31 - 90% refund.
     
  2. Cancellation from September 1 through October 31 - 60% refund.
  3. No refund after October 31
• Registrants who are unable to attend may substitute a colleague by writing to the Organising Committe and requesting a registration form to register the substitute. It is essential that substitutes formally register.
• Exceptions to this cancellation policy may be submitted to the Organising Committee through the web page.

Certificate of Attendance

Certificates of attendance will be available at the conference desk.

Coffee Breaks

Coffee and tea will be provided during coffee breaks in the morning and in the afternoon. Coffee and tea (+ appetizers) during the breaks are included in the registration fee.

Lunches

Lunches are not included in the registration fee. Several restaurants are available near the conference venues. Information will be available at the conference desk

Conference Dinner and Banquet

The number of tickets is limited, therefore, it you are interested in going to the Banquet, please reserve in advance. Accompanying persons should also be registered for these events.

Continuing Education Credit Policy

CE credits are granted to participants with documented attendance. It is the responsibility of the attendee to determine whether these CE credits are valid in his/her state of licensure or his/her country.

Pre-Conference Workshops

Participation in pre-conference workshops on Thursday has to be additionally paid for. Specific registration is necessary.

Program Changes

Program changes will be announced at the conference desk and prior the conference via mailing list
